Room for rent in a spacious, clean and great apartment complex in front of New City, next to La Ley Pueblo Amigo supermarket and only 3 blocks from the San Ysidro border booth. Very secure place to live, in the middle of everything, a very solid option compared to other places at Tijuana that will cost you the same. Only looking to rent one room and keep this place relax and quiet. I'm the only one living here. Male, tranquil, 30's, mostly work from home (my laptop) several days of the week or at San Diego. Hobbies and interests: analog photography, nutrition, finance, asymmetrical investing, spiritual development and being active. This is not a place to get drunk, or having drunk and irrational drugged behaviors. Our neighbors are only families. I'm not only looking to fill a room, but to find the right roommate. I've received many emails but please send a short description about yourself, general routines and plans. This will be a rent month to month basis, with a 1 full month notice before vacating the place. You will have access to the laundry room (top of the line and brand new). The kitchen with brand new refrigerator (18 cu. ft.) and brand new stove. * Your own private detached bathroom * The apartment is furnished. Your bedroom have an almost brand new full size bed with bedding set and pillows, a classic Italian individual sofa (PU) and 2 towels). _ * The apartment receives a cleaning service every Wednesday and we split that bill, it's around $13 extra per week per person. * ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED (GAS, WATER, INTERNET, ELECTRICITY, MAINTENANCE FEE AND GARBAGE DISPOSAL) * SUPER STABLE HIGH SPEED FIBER OPTIC INTERNET (FTTH) 150 Mbps Preferably non smokers but if you must, you can do it outside the building.
